Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, your request must relate to a service or product that has not been fully delivered or consumed, and you must provide proof of purchase.
Digital Services and Subscriptions
Many of the services referenced on this site are digital subscriptions. Because digital services are made available immediately, refunds for subscription fees are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you were charged in error or the service did not perform as described, please contact us within 30 days and we will review your request promptly.
Refunds
Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your card issuer or bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us using the details below.
Exchanges
